Shipping & Delivery

During this time we have less staff in the Studio and are following Social Distancing guidelines. This is to ensure our fantastic team stays safe. We aim for all orders to be dispatched within 3-5 working days for our standard delivery options. Once dispatched we expect your personalised order to arrive within 1-5 working days.

If you need a guaranteed, speedier service, you can pay a small fee to upgrade to Express which means that you will receive your order on the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

*PLEASE NOTE: Delivery Service operators are experiencing service delays across the country so there may be a longer delay between dispatch and delivery.

Delivery Options Outside the Nigeria

All international orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days via a tracked international service, where available. 

Orders shipped outside the Nigeria may be liable to import duties charged by the courier company at destination. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped from our Nigeria studio. Please note the custom process might incur additional delays.
